Visiting the Finnish Heart Association

We welcome you to the Finnish Heart Association. Our office is located in the Oltermannikeskus centre in the Oulunkylä district of Helsinki. Our street address is Oltermannintie 8. There is a limited number of parking spaces in the area, but public transport connections are excellent. Buses 64 and 69 stop two hundred or so metres from our offices, or you can take the local train to Käpylä station.

 

Registration

When you arrive at Oltermannikeskus, please register at the automatic reception machine in the lobby. Begin by choosing the destination of your visit, then type in your name. Finally, choose the host or hostess of your visit. When you have completed the registration process, please wait in the lobby. The person receiving you will be informed of your arrival and will come to collect you from the lobby.

Purpose of the processing of the personal data

The main function of the file of visitors is to notify the recipient of their guest’s arrival. Personal data is collected for the registration notification.

Data contained in the file

A photo of the visitor and the name of the visitor is entered in the file. A visitor can also choose to enter their phone number and e-mail address, as well as the name of their employer.

Regular sources of data in the file

Data in the file is received from visitors themselves when they use the registration machine. The recipient of the visit can also save the visitor’s data in the file beforehand to speed up the registration process.

Processing of personal data

Personal data is only stored for the visit and for one month after that. Out-of-date and unnecessary data are removed one month after the visit. Personal data is not archived.
